Christmas Get Together #1

For Christmas we had three get togethers planned with my family. Since my Grandma no longer lived in town, then that mean the next best space to host a party at was our house. We are always glad to do so and love that we finally have a big enough space where everyone can comfortably get together.
Get together #1 was with my Mom and Jeff, Jeff's kids and grandkids, and my sisters and their families.
The cousins always love to get together and have fun anytime they can.
We played a couple of games. The Saran Wrap ball game-it got a little bit out of hand mainly because I didn't explain the rules great I guess-but then because some parents jumped in and took over for their kids and it just kind of got out of control-hA! next time it will be better.
We also played the LEFT CENTER RIGHT dice game, which is one of our new favorites ever since our new years party a few years back

We played it a couple of times I think Jeff's son Jaden won the first time. The next time Bryce ended up being the lucky winner and walked away with $20-he was pretty excited about it.

While the adults were playing the dice game the first time we turned the kids loose unsupervised to decorate gingerbread cookies-it was a little bit of a mess-go figure.

We also played the minute to win it tissue game.

Everyone had fun just hanging out and being together.

We found these cool glasses and gave them out to all of the kids. When you put them on and look at the Christmas lights they turn the lights into whatever shape is one the glasses like gingerbread mean, snowmen, or Santa's. They are actually pretty cool and everyone had fun looking through them.

Overall it was a pretty fun get together. Now we have a few days to relax and clean up before the next one gets here.
