Merry Christmas

The kids were so excited for Christmas morning to come. They woke up the first time at 2:30 then at 4:00 and finally we got up at 5:30.
A sneak peak at the Christmas Tree....

Here they are waiting to go out and see what Santa brought them.....

Finally time to go out-first stop-STOCKINGS! (I think Chloe ate most of her candy yesterday)Just what she was hoping for-when she opened the box she squealed with excitement and grabbed Bullseye out and gave him a big hug. She hasn't put them down since. She is now trying convince me that they all need to go to church with us.A Demarini Vexxum Big Barrel Bat (for those of you who know baseball that equals a pretty sweet bat). They must have been good little boys. Let the wars begin. Our neighbor was so jealous he didn't get one of these under the tree he is really hoping he gets one for his birthday in a few days so they can all have a big nerf war.

Merry Christmas Everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful day!

Christmas Eve

The kids just opened their Christmas Eve PJ's. They were both so happy just to have something to open. This will probably be the last year I will be able to pull off having them get matching pj's, but I love them to match on Christmas Eve. They both got a quilt for Christmas Eve too. Here is Chloe's I searched high and low for this fabric and finally found it on ebay. She is soooo happy with it. Tanner also got one his is Utah Jazz it's not bound yet so that's why he doesn't have it tonight, but he is excited about it none the less and keeps asking me when it will be done. Hopefully sometime this weekend.

Class Pet and Basketball News

Chloe was chosen yesterday to bring home the class pet (a stuffed alligator) for the Christmas break. She was so excited! She was also the envy of many of her classmates. Last night my Grandma asked her so does that make you the teachers pet? and she seriously replied as she held up the alligator "no Grandma this is the teachers pet". LOL

Tanner has started the basketball season again. He is having a good year so far. They won there game this morning 30 to 24. Tanner had quite a few steals and also picked up quite a few loose balls. He is getting better at dribbling and passing and has already improved so much in the last two weeks.

Gymnastics Review

Chloe had a little Gymnastics Review today. Each of the girls did a routine on each of the apparatuses and the parents were able to watch. It was great to be able to see what they were working on and Chloe did so well preforming in front of people which is something she usually has a hard time with.

Santa Claus

We just got back from the Santa Social at the kids school. A great event! They decorated with all the gingerbread houses from the contest and the kids got to see Santa. Fun Times. I love Christmas!

Gingerbread

One of my kids favorite things about the Christmas season is making Gingerbread houses. This year they will get to make two because they made one for the contest at their school and they will be making another at our family Christmas party tomorrow.
Here are the ones for school....
Tanner-

Chloe-

(you should have seen some of the entries you could totally tell the parents did the whole thing and didn't let the kids even touch it I mean what kid has the patience to make a 3 foot tall castle made out of sugar cubes-LOL For you Brian Reagan fans the kid couldn't even zip up his own pants and he built a volcano)

Family Pictures

My very talented sister in law took our Family Pictures over the weekend. So here they are. I love how they turned out!! Thanks Brenda!

Sledding

Once the kids discovered this activity they would spend as long as they could every day outside doing it. They hooked a sled or two at times to the 4 wheeler and would pull each other around the yard in the snow. They only came in when they were so cold they were in tears or when one of the sleds broke. They had a blast! My kids keep asking when were are going to Fillmore again so they can go sledding some more. LOL

Soccer Pictures

I know the soccer season is over, but I just got these picts back so I thought I would post a few and share. I love them! Thanks Heather:)

Cutting Down Christmas Trees

Today we took our annual trip to the hills to get our Christmas trees. The kids always are so excited to go on this trek. They have more fun playing in the snow and running around in the trees than they do actually finding a tree. Fun Times!

Thanksgiving Fun

We spent Thanksgiving in Flowell. All of Landon's siblings and their families were there. On Thanksgiving Day we went to Grandma Robison's house for a big feast. The kids have had so much fun playing with all of their cousins from sunup until sundown every day.
This is the proof that they would completely wear themselves out by the end of the day. These two little girls were done for.

November 14, 2010

We had a busy weekend last week. For those of you who don't know Landon is now the 2nd counselor in the Bishopric. Thank you to all the family who came to support him. We had a great time. Of course Landon wouldn't let me take his picture so I took one of the next best thing-the kids. :)

Disney Vacation Day 3

Our last day of Disney fun! By this point we had hit most every ride we could and all that we wanted to. We started out by going on Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear-each twice back to back. We also hit the Astro Orbitter, Autotopia, and Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage. Then we went on Splash Mountain one more time and had lunch at a Mexican Restaurant in the park. After Lunch it was Indiana Jones and Pirates again and then to Mickey's Toon Town again for awhile. By this point the kids were all Disneyed out and very tired. We did a little shopping in the shops and headed home.

That night we took a very quick trip to see the beach and let the kids have time to run a little bit and grab a few seashells. All except for Chloe who had completely wore herself out by this point and slept through the whole beach experience and most of dinner as well.

We had a Great Time with the Family!

Disney Vacation Day 2

We started out the day by going to Disney's California Adventure. First stop at this park was Soarin Over California-this was a sweet 3D ride-one of our favorites. Then while all the grownups and Kylie went on California Screamin Tanner and I took all the Kids to "a Bugs Land". The kids road Flik's Flyers, Francis Ladybug Boogie, Hemlich's Choo Choo Train, and Tuck and Roll's Drive Em Buggies. They Loved the Ladybug Ride I have to admit that I myself thought it was pretty fun. Then we all met up at the "tower of terror" which the few brave ones of the group attempted (Landon, Kylie, and Brenda).

We took a break for lunch or worst experience of the whole trip-MAN! we spent $52 dollars on lunch at IHOP and the food was bad-that was our most expensive meal of the entire trip even the days we ate in the park or had crab.

After lunch we went back to Disneyland for some more fun. This time we we hit the Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Pirates Liar on Tom Sawyers Island, Mark Twains Riverboat, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Mickey's Toon Town, Pixie Hollow, and on the Matterhorn Bobsleds once again.

For dinner we went to Joe's Crab shack and dinned on Lobster and Crab. Yummy! Then we went back to Disneyland to See the World of Color Show-it was pretty amazing.
