The Boston Red Sox have announced a new coach-Landon Ellison. The Dixie Little League Boston Red Sox that is. Yep that's right Landon is coaching Tanner's little league team this year. I think he is quite excited about it. When he went to pick up his equipment the guy read him a list of teams he could choose one and as soon as I heard Red Sox was a choice I knew it was a no-brainer. For those of you who know Landon would understand why-but get this he actually paused before he gave them his answer. He said he had to make sure there wasn't a better option first. Whatever!
They had their first game tonight. It was a good game. Tanner played catcher and got two good hits. They won 8 to 7. The only problem a disgruntled mother at the end of the game because her so good son had to play outfield this time-you should have heard her. I had to walk away and let Landon deal with her so that I didn't lay into her.
Chloe had fun playing at the park with a new friend she has already made for the baseball season and one of the little boys from our ward.
