The last few months my reading has really slowed down. I'm kind of in a flunk. I just haven't found anything I'm super excited about. I would give both of these books a 3 out of 5. They were both okay. I didn't not like them, but I also didn't love them. They were nothing that kept me wanting to stay up late reading---that's what I'm really looking for. Overall though both okay reads. I do have to say I was a little disappointed with Emory's Gift because I love Bruce Cameron's other stuff like A Dog's Purpose but this was a different type of story and not really something I enjoyed as much.
