Girls Camp

Chloe attended Girls Camp with our old war even though we had technically moved by the time they went. We had severe raining and flooding up to the day of girls camp. They closed the stake camp for the first day and ended up relocating somewhere the next day. Our ward forged forward found an alternative spot and went ahead and went the first day. They had lots of fun even though they had to wing it. They didn't get to zip-line and do some of the things they would have done at the stake camp, but they still had lots of fun and were able to Kayak and also go roller skating at a local skating rink our bishop went and reserved when the plans got changed. I'm glad she was able to go and I'm glad she has had such an awesome group of girls and leaders to be with the past few years.

The move to the new house has been hard on her in that aspect. She misses our old ward and the way they did things. It was smaller so the dynamics were a lot different our new ward has a lot of youth probably at least triple our old one. Chloe just got called as the MiaMaid first counselor in Young Womens, so hopefully that will help her feel like she is fitting in a little bit more and adjust to the different way of doing things and be able to make some new friends.
