First Flight (Unaccompanied Minor)

The week Chloe was at girls camp my Mom came to town and picked up her cousin Saydee. We wanted Chloe to be able to go down as well, but we didn't want her to miss girls camp. So we decided we would fly her down a few days later when girls camp was over so that her and Saydee could spend some time at Grandma's during the summer. We knew she could fly as an unaccompanied minor, so we decided to plan it and purchased the ticket. We bought her a ticket, not realizing that there was an extra fee of $200 to fly as an unaccompanied minor. Oh well...live and learn. This was Chloe's first flight. She wasn't scared at all. She loved it and said she couldn't wait to fly again. She had lots of fun with Grandma and Saydee in Arizona. They floated the river, spent time at the cabin, and did their school shopping. Lucky Girl!
