Dinosaurs!!!

Bryce is into dinosaurs right now. He loves them. He loves to watch them on tv, play with them, bath with them,  and read about them. In fact dinosaurs played a big part in getting him potty trained. We made dinosaur reward charts and gave out dinosaur stickers and toys as rewards. He knows the names of several dinosaurs, but I think his favorite is the Spinosaurus.

When we went camping we were sure to bring lots of dinosaur activities with us-good thing since it rained so much.

 

There are usually a couple dinosaurs to be found anytime we go anywhere.

 

He loves it when we do dinosaur activities...

Last week Tanner and Chloe stayed in Fillmore with their cousins-Bryce was sad to leave behind his Tanner and Chloe. So I took him on a special outing to the Johnson Dinosaur Tracks Museum. He loved it. His favorite part was the models of the dinosaurs. He ran around looking at them all-it was hard to get him to look at me long enough to snap a good picture.

When we were ready to go I let him chose out one dinosaur from the gift shop as a special reward. We were seriously in there for 20 minutes and could have spent longer. He had such a hard time choosing he would pick one up and then another. I tried to persuade him to go with certain ones, but finally he made up his mind and we left with a very scary t-rex. Then on the way home he said "I wanted the long neck". He wanted to go back and trade again-I guess he still wasn't sure he had made the right choice. HAHA Of course he cried for a few minutes when he realized we couldn't go back and trade again-but quickly got over it.
