Christmas Eve

The kids were all so excited for Christmas Eve to finally arrive.
Landon got off that day around noon-and as soon as Bryce was awake from his nap they begged to open their Christmas Eve jammies-which they promptly all put on and wore the rest of the day.
It is our tradition on Christmas Eve for the kids to always get Jammies and an ornament-this year we changed it and gave them their ornaments at the first of December so they could enjoy them on the tree for the whole year-the ornament is usually a representation of something they did or were into that year.
Chloe got a Dolphin-of course (we actually bought it down in California)
Bryce got Horses-could there have been anything else for him?
Tanner got Captain America-he is really into any Marvel Movie
After Dinner we decided to go on a drive to look at some of the best lights in town. That is something we do every-year as well, but hadn't gotten around to yet this year. The houses didn't let us down-one had been completely transformed into a castle. Each one had unique and fun features. Bryce was intrigued by the lights and characters on display. We all had fun!!!

Then it was home for some hot cocoa, a little Clark Griswold, and of course we read The Christmas Story (about Jesus birth).
Then it was time for Santa to come...
