We have early morning church this year, which means our afternoons our wide open. It also means that Sunday hikes are back in session. We had kind of gotten out of the habit, but now with our afternoons free and also the fact that we are coming into the perfect part of the year for hiking in St. George we are ready to get back on the trails. Our goal is to go at least two weeks out of the month and more if possible. Hiking is something the whole family, dogs included enjoy. It also feels great to get out in nature and soak up that vitamin D.
