Chloe's school pictures came back...
I think they turned out cute, but Chloe told me they didn't look good because the person taking her pictures was having her smile like a ninny-lol. Love that Girl!

Mary Poppins at Tuachan
Chloe has been wanting to go to a play at Tuachan for forever. I was going to take her last year and never did and then this year I went to get tickets and was a little bit shocked at how pricey they were so I didn't get them again. Then on Monday I got a call from my friend, whose brother could get us tickets for that night only, for $5 each-what!!!really!!!. Now that deal I couldn't pass up even if it was a school night and we would be out so so late. They ended up being really good seats too. We were able to leave Bryce home with Landon and Tanner and have a little night out.
The play was really good. Chloe loved it and can't wait to go next year! Plus she was only about 15 minutes late for school the next day after I let her sleep in just a little bit. Thanks so much for getting us tickets Brittany and fam!
Primary Program and Scout Court of Honor
Sunday the kids each had something special. Chloe was involved in the annual Primary Program and Tanner had a Scout Court of Honor.
Chloe did such a good job with her part of the program. She gave a talk she a written about following the prophet. Her and five other girls were also asked to sing I am a Child of God while the rest of the children made there way onto the stand. They did a great job.
Later that night was the Scout Court of Honor. I didn't see more than a few minutes of it, because Bryce decided he was not happy about being there, but I did see Tanner get his awards. He received three merit badge awards...truck transportation, citizenship in the community, and rifle shooting.

Soccer and Baseball Games
Well I guess it's the story of our lives-busy busy weekends. Saturday started out with a family breakfast at my Grandma Marshall's house. My Mom brought her boyfriend Jeff for us all to meet. We had really yummy food and ate until we were sick-haha.
After that we rushed Chloe to primary program practice to which I also attended to help out in place of Chloe's teacher.
Then from there it was on to Chloe's soccer game. Chloe's team lost again :(-man they are having a rough time this year. Chloe played forward or middle the entire game and she was exhausted. You could tell she was a little of her game because she was just moving a little slower than usual and at one point she asked to come out and then started crying when she had to wait a few minutes. What! She never asks something like that. After the game she told me she really had felt like she couldn't breathe-we think it is because she was overcoming a cold and expect her to be fully recovered for next week.
After Chloe's game we had time to run home for a few minutes and then it was back to the car for a quick stop for some lunch and then off to the baseball fields. Bryce was such a trooper and took his naps in his stroller. It helped also that there was a splash pad at the baseball fields and Chloe and the other girls kept him plenty entertained.
Chloe also took her ripstick and rode it around. She is getting really good at it.
Tanner's team also had games the day before. Between all four of their games they won 1 lost 2 and tied 1. The two they lost were both pretty close games, so they did okay. Tanner did really well though especially on Saturday. He had an awesome hit down the left field line. (I will try to upload it later it is on Landon's phone) Blogger is not working to upload videos so go here to see the video on facebook. He also played third base for most of one game and part of the other. He made no errors at third and in one inning he actually got all three outs-woot woot!
It was a fun day-but we were so happy to finally make it home and just chillax the rest of the evening.
Stowaway
There was a little stowaway in Tanner's backpack the other day...
Tanner loves his brother so much I seriously think he would take him to school with him if he could.

34 weeks old
It was so hard to get a good picture of him this week, but he's cute even when the pictures are far from great-lol. He has started really fighting going to sleep-so nap time can be difficult. He has also not been sleeping well at night and started waking up like ever 2 to 3 hours again. He had been sleeping for at least 6-7 at a time. Maybe he is going through a growth spurt...He loves to be wherever the kids are and is so happy when they get home from school each day :)

Beep! Beep!
The other day Landon was watching the kids and he took them down to the park, so he and Tanner could play catch. One of our friends was there and she put Bryce in this car and pushed him around and around the park. Landon said he loved it and that he had a death grip on the steering wheel when it was time to take him out.

Activity Days Talent Night
I am a leader for Activity Days and tonight we held our annual Activity Days Talent Night. It is a special night where all the parents are invited. Each girl makes a display table showcasing their talents and some of the things they have been working on. Then each girl is given the chance to share a talent if they would like. I was so disappointed because I didn't get a picture of Chloe's table, but she had on it her award for the science fair, a scrapbook she is make, her swimming ribbons, and her soccer stuff. For her talent she recited a poem-"Clarence" by Shel Silverstein. She did such a good job even though you could tell she was super nervous. (I will try to upload the video later-I need to get it off Landon's phone). Blogger is not working to upload videos so if you want to watch it you can go to this link here on facebook.

33 weeks old
As my sister said he is definitely a mover and a shaker. He is so funny and loves to hear his own voice usually in the sound of a high pitched happy scream. He also has learned to spit when he doesn't like something or just for the fun of it. He pulls himself to a stand all the time and then thinks he can let go for awhile he had a nice bruise on his forehead to prove it. He really keeps us on our toes!!!
Where's Bryce?

Cousins/Yard-Sale/Soccer=Busy Busy Weekend
WOW!!! What a busy weekend we had last week and it looks like this one is shaping up to be just as busy. I am so thankful when Sunday rolls around and I know that I don't have to go anywhere, besides church, or participate in any extra curricular stuff.
Anyways here it is...
On Friday night my sister Mandy and her two kids came to town. My Mom did as well. So Chloe went to Great Grandma's house for a sleepover with cousins and Grandma. Tanner was gone to scout camp.
Saturday morning we had a yard sale out at my Grandma's House. I can never believe all of the stuff we manage to have to sale when we have one of these mutli-family things, but there always ends up being so much stuff. It is good to see it go though and the extra bit money doesn't hurt either :)
After the yard sale we headed over to Chloe's soccer game. Soccer is now back in session! This was Chloe's second game of the season. For the most part she did a great job especially during the first half when she was playing forward. She scored the only goal her team made and ran her little heart out (the fields are huge). The second half of the game she played goalie-which she isn't the best at. She has a hard time staying back in the goalie box, cause she wants to be up by the ball, so sometimes the balls tend to get by her, and then of course she is upset. She was getting better though towards the end of the game. Her team lost 1-3. They also lost last week :( She still loves it though and someone at the game was asking us about having her play on a competitive team that their daughter is on :)
After the game we went out to lunch with everyone. It is fun to be able to hang out.
After running a couple of errands, we rented a movie and it was time to crash for the night. So glad we didn't have early morning church the next day.

Bryce and Preslie
Last week my sister, Sandi, went back to work. I will be watching her little girl Preslie for about three and a half days per week. So far I have only watched her a couple of times, so I don't really know how it is all going to work out yet. The first day I watched her I took her and Bryce on a little walk. They both seemed to enjoy it and the weather was really nice and not to hot. I'm sure we will have many more adventures and I bet her and Bryce will become great friends as they spend more and more time together.
Back at the Gym-Tumbling Time
Well as you all know awhile back Chloe decided she was done with gym. She wasn't happy doing team it was just too much work and not enough fun. She decided to quit and focus on swimming and soccer-so after much discussion on the matter I took her out. She didn't go for about 6 weeks and then she decided that she just missed gym to much. However, she didn't want to go back on team, she just wanted to take a class for fun. So we put her in the highest level of class they offered that wasn't team. Well this didn't work out because Chloe was so far advanced having been on team that the classes were pretty much a waste of time and money. They even tried her in several different ones and it just wasn't working out. Well we were really trying to figure out what to do: send her back to her old gym, go back to team, or just be done with gym all together. We decided to try one more option -tumbling... so she is still in the gym and doing most of the stuff she would do in gymnastics minus beam and bars. So far it is going great! The coach has lots of girls at different levels in her group and is good to work with each on their level. For now Chloe is in the beginning group but the coach said with her pose and form she thinks she will move to the advanced group pretty quickly (they have to be able to do 3 backhands springs in a row to go to advanced). Chloe is happy cause it is fun again and she is doing what she loves most-kicking up her heels :)

32 Weeks Old
Our baby is usually happy most of the time. However, this week he has been a little bit fussy. We think his top two front teeth might be starting to come in but so far there is no sign of them breaking through the skin. He is getting more and more vocal. Still not crawling but can get around really well by rolling. We love him even when he is unhappy and fussy-how could you not.

Labor Day Weekend
It was a long fun-filled Labor Day Weekend for us. We left home Thursday night and made it to Fillmore. We got there kind of late, but the kids were able to spend a little time playing with their cousins before it was bedtime for them all.
Friday morning we got up and got ready. Grandma made pancakes so the kids were really happy. They spent a few more minutes with cousins before they had to get on the bus and then we left and traveled on up north.
First stop Thanksgiving point to visit the Museum of Ancient Life and check into our motel.
I think the kids enjoyed it. We went to this museum when Tanner was about 4 and Chloe was about Bryce's age.
After that we ate some lunch and headed to Tanner's first two ball games. His team did alright they lost one and won one. Tanner was kind of having an off day on his hitting though. After the games we went back to the motel and went for a late night swim.
The next morning we got up and headed back to the ball park for his second two games. He was hitting and made a nice catch in left during these two games. The once again won one and lost one. The bad news during the first game he got hit with a pitch in the knee. During the break between the two while we were at lunch he iced it and took some ibuprofen cause it was starting to swell up. Back to the second game we go and guess what he gets beamed in the same spot with a fast pitch that was seriously probably going about 80 mph-well he made it to first and then was out for the rest of the game. Poor Kid was hobbling around pretty badly for the next two days.
After the games we went to the mall for like three hours and did a little shopping. Chloe had saved her money for a trip to build a bear and Tanner had some birthday money that he wanted to spend-he ended up buying some new Air Jordan Shoes. He loves shoes almost as much as he loves socks :)
After our little shopping excursion we loaded up and headed back to Flowell.
We spent all day Sunday and most of Monday just relaxing and hanging out at Landon's parents house in Flowell. We went to church and had Landon's Grandma and brother over for Sunday dinner. We watched a couple of movies, went on a few rides to see the horses, and picked some produce from the garden. The kids had a blast riding the four wheeler around. Saydee and Gavin came down to play for a few hours on Monday before it was time for us to load up and travel back to reality. School and work came early the next morning.

31 weeks old
He is now 31 weeks old-wow! It is getting harder and harder to take his weekly pictures cause he doesn't like to sit still for that long-but it is my goal to see this project through to 1 year-wish me luck! As I mentioned in an earlier post he loves his bath and he loves the water. He is getting better at sleeping for a longer period during the night. He is not a good traveler-he hates to be buckled in his car seat for long periods of time. He doesn't like to eat veggies, but usually does pretty good with most fruits and anything that is not baby food he is willing to try. He is getting closer and closer to crawling everyday-watch out world ha ha. He makes different sounds now mamama, dadadada, bubububu.
Bath Time
There is nothing he likes more than his bath...
If he see's or hears the bath or shower he starts bouncing and getting excited. Walk into the bathroom with him and look out he will do whatever he can to get out of your arms and into the water. He is definitely a little fish like his sister and not afraid of water at all. I will dump a cup full over his head while I am washing him and it doesn't even phase him. He will go all the way under at the pool and think nothing of it. Sometimes he showers with Tanner and you can hear him screaming with glee throughout the whole house.
