I forgot to post that Chloe is on student council this year. She is a 6th grade class representative. To run for this she had to show her grades from last year, nothing lower than a B (which she had no problem with), and write a page about why she should be chosen. They then held a vote and she won. She really wanted to run for secretary, but when she realized running for that position required giving a speech in front of the middle school student body she opted to just run for class rep. She is excited for this new venture-I think it will be a good experience for her. She felt a little bit bad cause one of the girls who was running against her started crying when she didn't win ;(.
