A few weekends ago Landon's sister Brenda and her kids came to town. The kids always look forward to having their cousins visit. They could hardly wait for them to get here. On Friday night Brenda went to the temple so Landon and I babysat. We took the kids out for frozen yogurt. That went pretty good-except for when Taylee threw Chloe's half eaten yogurt away. Apparently she thought she was done with it. I guess we were feeling brave after that because we decided to walk over to Dicks Sporting Goods, which is right next to Yogurtland, with the whole crew. That was a fun time having that many kids running around pulling things off the shelves and throwing them in the cart-ha-ha. Good thing we were able to get everything back on the shelf before we checked out-or our bill would have been pretty pricey.
They had a fun time the next few days playing baseball, watching Tanner play baseball, watching Makele Dance in her competition, swimming, and just hanging out. They were all sad when it was time for them to head home Sunday morning.
That same weekend My Mom and Jeff came to town for a visit. They were able to come to Chloe's soccer game and one of Tanner's baseball games. My sister Mandy and her family came down as well, so we all got together for lunch at Chuck-a-Rama.
Bryce wasn't to sure about my Mom since it had been awhile since he last saw her.
He was happy with her though if she happened to be feeding him frozen yogurt.
The gang...Pretty in pink...
It was a fun, busy, event filled weekend. It was nice getting able to hang out with everyone, and see those we hadn't seen in a long time. It is kind of hard having my Mom live in another state-but I am glad she is happy and that's what matters. I guess it makes the visits and time we get to spend together that much better.
