Tanner has started little league. He plays in the Junior Division, which consists of 12-15 year olds. You can play on a team as long as your not on the high-school team, so this may be Tanner's last year of little league as hopefully he will be on the Freshmen team next year.
Game 1-highlights. The first inning Tanner played left field, after that he played third. He made some really good plays at third including making the tag to get a kid out who they had gotten into a pickle between 1st and 2nd. He also was the only one on his team to get a hit and get on base. His team lost this game.
Game 2 highlights-Tanner pitched for 2 and two thirds innings during this game. His first inning was a little rough as he hasn't pitched in over a year. However, during his time pitching no one got on base except for the 1 kid he hit. He had some strike outs, and caught a pop fly, as well as having his team back him up pretty good in the field. He also had a really nice hit to the outfield and got a double out of it. His team won this game.
Game 3 highlights-no highlights. Tanner was sick so he didn't play. He really wanted to but he was to sick to pull it off. At one point he had his jersey on ready to go and the next minute he was back in his pjs laying on the couch. We don't know if they won or lost.
