New Years

We started out the New Year by going to a Birthday Party (my friend Amy's son-Tyler's). Being that there was lots of snow on the ground the took advantage of it and had a sledding party.

Bryce was excited about the concept of sledding and happy to wear the new hat he had so proudly picked out but once we got to the sledding hill and he realized what sledding was he quickly change his mind.

 He went down unwillingly a few times, but after that he was content to sit in the warm truck and look out the window at others sledding. We discovered he is not a fan of the cold at all-love those baby blues though.

Chloe however...went again and again and again. Tanner had fun for awhile, but eventually joined Bryce in the warm truck. Chloe didn't stop until we headed to lunch.

 The party was a fun way to start out the new year.

We stayed the next few days with Landon's parents before we headed home. It was fun just hanging out and visiting. We also went to the movie on Friday Night-with several of the cousins and Landon's brother Layne and his wife. Even though the older kids had been there over a week by the time we left they still wanted to stay longer-haha. I think we managed to get away in pretty good time and only forgot a few small items-that we can think of. The kids are already looking forward to when we can go back again-probably on Easter.
