Baseball Weekend

Last weekend Tanner played in a baseball tournament. It was a 16U tournament so he was playing with mostly freshmen and sophomore kids and then a few other 8th graders. A few of the games he pretty much just rode the bench, but in a couple of them he got some playing time. We felt like he did a good job competing with the older and bigger boys, especially in the last game. He made a sweet play throwing in a ball to get an out at home and then he laid down a sweet bunt to advance a runner. I think he had fun playing with the older boys.

The last game was really late, so Chloe and Bryce were both fast asleep about 20 minutes into it.
