Here is what we have been busy doing-canning. So far we have bottled salsa, green beans, tomatoes, and beets. Chloe snapped and cut all the beans. Tanner was in charge of scalding all the tomatoes so we could take the skins off, he only splashed hot water on himself half a dozen times-poor kid.
We still have a lot we are hopefully going to get to such as chili sauce, relish, squash, and probably more tomatoes.

That is AWESOME! And, so much work! Way to go. We are hoping that we get lots of tomatoes to bottle as well. And, thanks for your message on our blog.
