Basketball

The kids both started Basketball over the last few weeks. They are both loving it and spend hours outside in the front yard shooting hoops. Chloe has a great coach who has taught them so much already. She is learning to play zone, and rocking the rebounds like her Mommy-haha. She is definitely a little ball player. She made 6 points in her first game and is so excited for her second one tomorrow.

Here's a little video footage of our little ball player. She ends up getting a fast break and missing but no worries she gets her own rebound and makes it anyways.

Tanner is doing good and has definitely made some improvements, especially in his defense. He made a basket off a pretty nice spin move a few games ago. He looks so little out there playing though, because the kids range from 7th-9th grade and he is a little bit on the skinny side. Sometimes his games resemble more of a church ball or jungle ball game than an actual basketball game, but he's having fun and I guess that's what counts. Funny story his team played a private school for trouble teens one weekend. The kids seriously walked in at 6 feet tall, tattooed, with matching uniforms and shoes. It was a pretty funny match up. I really wish I would have gotten a pict of Tan guarding some of those kids-it was awesome! Here's a little video footage of his last game.
